First off, I am LOVING all of my sweet comments from our nursery reveal post yesterday!

Stretch Mark Oil

I've been making a lotion to put on during the day that I love and may share one day (Thanks to my sister). But at night I rub MAMA BEE all over! I know most can't stand being oily and at first it is, but it soaks in pretty quickly and on a happy note I'm still stretch mark free, so just maybe it helped!

 PREGNANCY JOURNAL

I've loved keeping track of my pregnancy by using "The Belly Book." There are many great pregnancy journals but I LOVE looking back so every mommy needs one!:)

MAXI DRESSES

 Those who get pregnant through a HOT summer, maxi dresses are a lifesaver!

 They are so comfy and you can squat, sit, & walk without being self -conscious  something is hanging out!

SPANX

I LOVE my spanx! 

Mine are not maternity, but I saw these while googling for an image and I bet they are even better! 

Definite must have for this momma!

 Enough of the mommy talk, now some of my loves for all ladies!:)

 Pretty Nails

You HAVE to have pretty nails while gaining weight daily;)

This is for all ladies... Some hate gel polish, but I am in LOVE! It does not mess up your nails either (if removed correctly!) Little Princess is my favorite color so far!

Pretty Toes

I have had a color similar to the one below on my toes for the past couple of weeks and everyone loves it! I'm sorry I do not know the exact color, I will look today when I go get my nails done!:)

 

 Newest Eyeshadow Find

This is my favorite eyeshadow pallet I have found yet! There is a Naked II that is pretty too but these colors were more my taste! Worth the $$ (especially when momma surprises you with it!haha) Can be found at ULTA!

 Newest Blush Find

Amazing Cosmetics- Watermelon Fizz... it is so pretty in the sunlight and applies very evenly. It's a slight creamy texture but can be applied with a blush brush. Another ULTA find!

Nursery Reveal & details!

Welcome to Our Little Man's Nursery!

   Questions you may have on where items came from/how they were made!

• Onesis (when you enter his room) are from Old Navy & of course monogrammed

• The decorative knob hanger was made by his Aunt Lynie. It's just a thin piece of wood refinished in a cream and gray rustic look. The knobs are from Hobby Lobby!
• The wood pallet shelf was refinished in a gray rustic finish as well and is filled with special items like: mine and his daddy's baby shoes, his daddy's rattle, baby pictures of Lee and I, and his first little Bible. 
• The large letters on pallet are covered with yarn (Thank you MiMi and Aunt Lynie). They said they will never do them again, so needless to say, they are a pain! But I am so thankful they did it!:)
• The tray of necessities, everything was found at Homegoods.
• Blue mason jars are from Lee's grandad. They are filled with bleached baby's breath you can find at Hobby Lobby and the cream rustic shelf is from Hobby Lobby as well as the collage frame. (Which will eventually be filled with pictures of Gage;) 
• The cedar chest was Lee's when he was a boy and we refinished it with the crackle effect by Valspar. (I have exact colors if interested)
• The wagon was stumbled upon at Homegoods!
• His bedding is from Restoration Hardware Baby & Child- It's is the Heirloom quilted voile & European Heirloom Striped Bedding collection in the color called cloud.
• They grey owls are from Pier One! I HAD to have them and mom surprised me at my baby shower with them:)
• Basket of lovies and blankets were found at TJ Max, but you can get them at Restoration Hardware for obviously a larger price tag;)
• The lamp base was purchased from Target and the lamp shade from Lowes. We covered it in cream burlap! 
• The yoyo pillow in the glider was purchased off etsy from yoyocottage . Great service and speedy delivery!
• The mason jar chandelier was made by none other than Poppy (my dad) with Daddy's assistance. We saw it on Pottery Barn and didn't want to pay the price so he worked his magic! And it turned out perfectly! :)

32 Week Bumpdate!

32 Weeks and 5 Days

How Far Along? WE ARE 32 WEEKS! (33 weeks Tuesday!)
 Size of Baby P? Large Jicama (whatever!?)
This week's major developments:
By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, she'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth.

Maternity Clothes? Definitely... and Lee's t-shirts;)

 Weight Gain? Going to Dr. tomorrow to see how much damage I did on the week long beach trip!

 Stretch Marks/belly button?Same

Gender?Momma's BOY!

Sleep?My new hours of the night to be WIDE AWAKE is about 1-3:30! It's fabulous!:)

Food Cravings?None really, just eating a lot... still suffering from acid reflux a lot after I eat.

What I Miss? 

What I am loving? This third trimester hair! I guess Jesus made it that way so when you feel like a whale, you at least have pretty hair! :)
Movement? Still rolling and flipping... Lee even asked, "Are babies supposed to move this much??"  

Best Moment(s) of the Week and other random updates? 

• We went on our last beach trip for the summer and actually our last rip before our little monkey arrives! We had a blast! Gage does not like laying out and getting hot. He wiggles and rolls so I stayed under the tent most of the time!
• The last night at the beach we noticed my feet were slightly swollen and the bottom of them felt like they were bruised. Hurt so bad. They feel better now but still slightly swollen. 
• My back has really been hurting lately. Hard to get comfortable and I can't sit long. Start feeling like a knife is stabbing me! 
• I am really marking things off my list this week! Some things I plan on completing are:
• Pack hospital bag/ Walmart trip for a few final hospital items
• Finish washing his last items
• Finish organizing his closet
• Switch our night stands because mommy has to be by baby, of course! Move over DADDY!
• Buy flowers for front pots!
• Finish final wall decor in nursery
• Order valence for nursery
• RE-order crib sheet since I lost it! UGH...
• Order video camera
• Get car seat installed 4-runner and checked
• Order extra car seat holders
• Daddy's TO-DOs: Assemble pack n play, highchair, swing, bouncer, walker, stroller, and hang final items in nursery!
• Buy desk decor
• Find mommy a coming home dress b/c both boys have a new outfit! I don't want to be left out! :)
• Wash out door furniture
• Take a few more items back and swap for a few needed items.... purchase nap nanny!
• Finish bride book
• Complete pages in baby book I can
• Finish bride book (Sad, I know; only 2 more pages though!)
• Order inch bug labels
• Order prints from Walgreens for belly book
• Finalize pediatrician 
• Maternity leave form/join sick leave bank in August!
• register for pre-admission
• Learn my camera!
